　　一、 产品概述（Description）:

　　蓄电池智能放电仪主要用于电信、移动、联通、电力直流行业的后备电源铅酸蓄电池的放电测试，具备蓄电池快速容量测试、在线监测及容量核对测试三大功能于一体的产品，集成化程度高、体积小巧、功能完善。

　　This battery mainly used as spare power in Telecom, Mobile, Unicom, electricity direct currency industry, etc.. It including three main functions, its volume can be tested soon, on-line supervision and volume confirmation. It is hi-integrated, small footprint, and multi-functional.

　　二、 产品类别（The different types）

　　按功能不同（According to function）：

　　以上均为标准产品。特殊电压及电流等级可以定制。订货时要注明：电压、电流、功能型号及单节监测是有线还是无线的。

　　All above listed items are standard one. The voltage and currency can be customized according to client’s certain demand. When you place order please indicate the voltage, currency, model and function as well as if you need single section supervision by wire or wireless

　　三、 产品功能及主要特点（Main function and features）:

　　1、 具有蓄电池组容量快速测试功能：在“离线测试”状态下，只需5～20分钟就可以测出电池组中各单体电池的实际容量。

　　Quick volume test on battery: Under “Offline” status the actual volume on each single battery can be tested well in 5~20 minutes

　　2、 在快速测试时，同时可以测试出整组电池中每节电池的内阻，a.根据蓄电池的内阻可以判断整组电池的离散性，b.根据电池的内阻（欧姆内阻和极化内阻）和容量，综合来判断蓄电池的性能好坏，为以后电池维护提供真实可靠理论依据。

　　During quick volume test, internal resistance on each single battery in whole set battery can be tested as well. a. According to battery internal resistance we can judge whole set battery dispersion, b. According to battery resistance (Ohm resistance and polarization resistance)

　　3、 具有对蓄电池组多项指标性能进行在线监测的功能：在电池组处于在线放电、均充、浮充状态下，可对电池组以及每个单体电池进行实时在线监测，监测内容包括：电池整组电压、每一节单体电池电压、电池组充放电电流、电池组监测时间、电池组充放电容量等指标。

　　The online inspection of battery function: When battery under online discharging, even-charging, boosting status, we can supervise single battery in whole set battery. The supervision including whole voltage, single battery voltage, charging and discharging currency, battery supervision time, charging/discharging volume, etc.

　　4、 具有快速准确鉴定蓄电池优劣的功能。

　　5、 具有对电池组按照多种放电率进行核对放电试验，准确得知电池的真实容量的功能。

　　The function of confirming discharging test according to different ratio and get practical volume of battery

　　6、 利用设备在线放电过程当中，实时监测每一个单体电池的电压。

　　Supervise each single battery voltage during online discharging

　　7、 对整组电压为220V，单体电压为2V、6V和12V的电池组进行测试，用户可以选择设置单体电压类型。

　　Whole set battery voltage is 22V and single battery voltage is 2V/6V/12V. Users can decide how to set single battery voltage

　　8、 在做核对放电试验时可同时设置四个放电终止条件：①整组电压终止条件；②单体电压终止条件；③放电时间终止条件；④放电容量终止条件。也可根据需要人为终止正在进行的测试过程；

　　When we do confirmation test we can set four condition of stopping discharging: ①Stop voltage of whole set battery; ②Single battery voltage stop; ③Stop discharging time;④Discharging voltage

　　9、 操作简单方便：全部简体中文菜单，人性化的操作界面，操作简单，流程清晰，每一个界面及操作步骤都有简洁提示，从根本上避免了错误操作。

　　Easy to operate: All input is simple Chinese menu, humanized operation, clear procedure, every step and interface will give user brief tips avoid incorrect operation fundamentally

　　10、 仪表可对主要测试结果直接进行柱状图和曲线分析。无需上传PC机也能清晰分析数据。

　　The instruments can analyze according to main test function on the histogram and the curve chart. It’s unnecessary to upload the result in PC.

　　11、 完备的通讯功能，具有RS232通讯接口与SD卡接口。数据传入计算机，进行入库管理，可进行长期的历史数据保存和分析；利用SD卡传递数据，随时测试随时保存，轻巧便携，安全可靠。

　　Mature correspondence function, including RS232 communication port and SD card connection port. Data will be transferred to PC begin the storage management. It can analyze and store historical data in long time; It’s convenient, reliable and safe if we transfer data via SD card

　　12、 测试仪主机采用监控部分与功率部分一体化设计，功率部分采用新型高功效器件。

　　13、 采用新型特殊的低热高效负载材料和先进的控制技术，保证了较高的恒流精度。

　　14、 可外挂负载，使得仪器可以测试各种大容量电池。

　　It can be hung and used for any large volume battery to test the actual volume

　　15、 强大的ＰＣ软件分析功能：提供数据管理、打印、分析、报表统计、自动生成测试报表、报告的功能。对电压曲线可连续进行放大、缩小，便于观察。快速查找历史纪录。

　　Providing data management, print, analyze, count report, automatic generate test report. Amplify or minify the voltage curve for easy observation.

　　16、 具有自动测试保护功能：当在测试过程当中，检测到整组或者单体电池异常时，则自动终止测试，防止对电池造成过放电，完全避免对设备造成冲击；也可根据需要人为终止正在进行的测试过程。

　　The auto-test and protection function: During test if we find whole battery set or single battery have any problem test will stop automatically to avoid any further damage and completely prevent shock on the device; test can be cut off according to actual condition as well

　　17、 测试完毕，自动显示全部计算结果，并根据具体测试数据，提供维护建议。

　　After test all test result will be displayed automatically and according to these data advise maintenance point
